   thanks a lot, but how come this one and pink's performance are laggy. it looks like it was converted in the wrong frame rate because the picture is not flowing smootly. do you see what i mean? thanks though

   actually the pink video is fine, it's just the lady gaga performance that looks laggy and wrong frames.
